Does he like me like i like him? Is he going to ask me out, or should I?

I want to know if he likes me back… here are some things that makes me wonder…

1. Asked me to the dance (slow dance)

2. Grinded with me in the dance

3. Flirts with me in classes and comes and talks to me, one time he sat by me instead of one of his friends

4. His friends say he likes me, In a class I heard one of his friends say to another one of his friends that he was going to ask me out… but that was 2 days ago..and he didn’t yet

5. For Valentine’s day we have this thing where you can send carnations and he was gone for 2 days for that week, and so he didn’t really have time to send a carnation, and I sent him one since we were going to the dance together, and since he didn’t get me one he felt so bad and was like so close to crying and felt horrible that he didn’t get me one

6. When we were slow dancing his friends were saying ahhh sweet

7. Also when we were slow dancing his friend was saying all this stuff to him like remember you said you couldn’t wait for this day and all this stuff and martin (the guy that I like’s name) he blushed and said to my friend to get him away from us

8. But the only thing is that my friend asked him what he thought of me, and he said he doesn’t want a girlfriend right now, and that he didn’t like me THAT much…

I just really want to know if he likes me, im not sure if he is shy or not, but I really like him and I really want to kno if he likes me…

P.S. were 13, and we aren’t too young, you can fall in love at any age

omg he is crushing on u that is soooo cute first of all guys dont just blow off their friends 2 come sit by a girl so he asked u 2 slow dance and stuff if he is not asking u out yet u should ask him out at soon as possible cause if u dont then he is just going 2 get taken so just go ask him i bet any money he will say YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reply:It sounds like his emotions are all over the map (like I remember mine being at 13) -- he likes you but is intimidated/embarrassed by the idea of romance. Find a way to talk to him alone, so he's not in the spotlight of his friends, and tell him you like him. It's possible he's afraid to take the next step -- maybe if he knows you're nervous, too, it'll be easier for him.

and i think why he said he didn't want a GF was because he is too afraid to ask

he is afraid of rejection.

and your rite, you can fall in love at ANY age.

my bf and I are REALLY into eachother and i'm 13 also.

so really i think u have a pretty good chance of asking him out and he says yes.

Reply:I think he likes you but is nervous of what his friend might think. Like if none of his friends have girlfriends yet he may feel diffrent and they may tease him.
