I have a huge crush but to scared?

ok i have this crush on one of my guy friends, we've been friends for like ever and i dont know what to do. I'm gonna send him this carnation on valentines day its a school thing, but i really want to know how to tell him but i just cant, is there a way to tell him without ruining our friendship? oh and yes i havae been gone for a couple months and we reall havent talked since i got back, January 1st, so any help plz and i would realy appreciate it if you dont say something that is rude or just plain dumb or just to get points, thx.

Just tell him you like him and feel there might be chemistry between the two of you, and maybe the two of you might want to see where it goes.
