Okay... every morning, I have one of those Nestle Carnation chocolate breakfast drinks. I heat it up so its like hot chocolate, and i put a tonn of chocolate powder stuff in it. i realize this is not good- theres probably a tonn of sugar and calories in the extra i put in. I found a cereal i really like that is healthy, and i want to switch over to it. but every morning at 5 when i get up to eat breakfast, I want my hot breakfast drink- not cold cereal. Any tips to help myself to make this transition? I dont like coffee or tea, so switching to that wouldnt help. Thanks!

Try hot cereal. I eat oat bran every morning and really enjoy it. If that's too bland for you, try some of those flavored oatmeal packets. They taste good, they're warm, and they're very high in fiber. And unlike those sugary breakfast foods, fiber will have you feeling full %26amp; satisfied until lunchtime on far fewer calories. Reply:Go get some instant oatmeal and make it with milk instead of water. Nice and hot and you also get the grains!
