Valentines day is coming up, should I ask her out then?

My school has this valentines day messenger service thing, and I could send her a message with a carnation. Should I ask her out by that, or should I just keep the flower and ask her out in person? Help me out!

i love the carnation idea! and then after she gets it say something cute like "you smell as sweet as the flower i sent you...wanna be my valentine" its cheesy but adorable..shes totally love it..

Reply:buy a whole lot of flowers and get them delivered and tell her to meet you in a coffee shop or something/ somewhere you know she likes to go and walk in wearing a cheesy outfit whilst singing a romantic song with a boom box behind you - hey it's valentines day she'll love it! plus if she has plans she'll cancel them for a chance of romance...i think :D

Reply:im 14 and i just got a new boyfriend... our school also has the carnation thing but i personally think u should ask her out in person a week or so before valentines day because if u wait too long someone else might sweep her off her feet and u you'd feel like an idiot for not asking sooner... if ur wondering how i no this its happened 2 me b4 but 2 guys wer almost fighting ovr me and actually it was akward but anyways.... hope this helped! gud luck!
Reply:When my boyfriend wanted to ask me out, he was to shy to do it in person. However, he realized that the possibilities of the "moment" being VERY special increase if you do it in person. Trust me, if you do, she will have a much better memory of you asking her than if you would have done it through messenger. ...give her the flower, ask her, then kiss her forhead. ...worked for me.
Reply:unless you have an idea that she likes you then yea do it in person. if u dont even know if she likes you or not, i wouldnt try because she might think it's corny if she says no or something
