What should I do?

I trusted this kid (let's just pretend his name is john...) with the info that i liked someone in our class. I have been friends with john since kindergarden. john started telling random people but denied it. i think through john, the kid that i liked found out i liked him. the kid that i liked blew me off unintentionally, and things have been fairly normal ever since. i was still friends with john, the kid i liked had no idea what he said, so we're friends again. now, we sell carnations at our school as a fund raiser, and they get delivered on valentines day. my friend was selling carnations during her lunch shift, john came up and asked for a carnation to buy, and also asked her not to look at it. being curious, she did, and it was addressed to me, and signed not by john, but by the kid i like. (for those of you who are not following, john was planning to prank me.) now, i can't thank my friend enough for warning me, and i act normal around john, and i plan to act that way until....

What should I do?
tell him you think that was a cruel joke, and if he does anything like that again you won't be his friend. he just might understand.
Reply:I think if John has really been your friend since Kindergarden, that you should confront him ASAP.



Tell him he's a jerk and you really don't appreciate him trying to PUNK you.



Then what you do is get your friend who sells the carnations to give him one from the person HE likes and embarass him the same freakin way.

Reply:Make sure you know that it was him and let him know your angry.. but don't ruin the friendship over this.

Make sure he knows your fed up with him telling your secrets and playing pranks on you!

Reply:confront him in valentines day. also keep in mind (i dont know your friend but...) maybe he was feeling bad and he was trying to make it up to you by making you think that the guys that you have a cruch on sent it. (i think he is playing a trick but its still a possibility...) i think you should confront him. thats the only way. but do it in valentines day so you can talk to the guy that you have a crush on and tell him what your friend did.
