I woke up at 1:00pm today (I was up hangin out late after a football game) and drank a carnation breakfast shake, with that new kellog's crunchy nut sweet and salty granola bar for a brunch i guess. then at 3:00 worked out my arms. 3 sets of 10 benching 85lbs (see the bottom paragraph for details about that), triceps, 3 sets 8 curling 45 lbs, 3 sets of 8 pushups. Then i ran a mile at 6.5 mph then 7 for the last .25 of that mile (on the treadmill). Then at 6:00 I ran 1.25 miles at 6 mph and had a sub sandwhich w/ ham, chesse, light ranch, and a pickle spear for supper, now im done eating and exercising for tonight, but i could maybe do a little more if i didnt burn enough of what i ate today.
I used to be able to bench three sets of 8 w/ 105 lbs then i absolutely could not anymore. then i got frustrated and quit (this i know is stupid) so im trying to catch up there. I did lose 30 pounds, could that be a reason, is there like some kind of "fat strength" ive never heard of?
Would this be considered a "successful day"?
If it satisfied your needs, then it was successful. For me, I would consider it pretty much a waste of day of my life. But your standards may be different from mine, and I am not about to say that mine are any better than yours are.
