What is the best, most efficient way to add more calories to your daily diet? I've been trying to add more by drinking things like Carnation Instant Breakfast with and between meals, as well as eating things like trail mix and almonds, yogurt, and drinking whole milk.
But I've noticed I've been having bowel movements more frequently now (about 2 per day) ... is this normal?
