I've had nothing ..... it's been a bone fide non-eating day today (that's how I'm losing all this weight)
I feel fine and I'm keeping my fluids up .... I've just had a pint of coffee flavoured syrup (a pint of coffee with 13 sweeteners - no sugar - and half a tin of Carnation.) .... LOVE IT.
What have you had to eat today?
Why are you telling everyone that you're starving yourself to lose weight?
I normally have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast but when I got to work I forgot that I ran out so I didn't have time to eat breakfast (I normally always do) and for lunch, I had sushi. (California Rolls) Wasn't that great. And it isn't dinner time yet.
Eat something girl!
Reply:I had a packet of hula hoops and a sandwich with ham and brie cheese earlier, and a yoghurt, but that's about it - i'm losing weight too, drinking loads but I think your half tin of carnation sounds fattening- was it a large or small tin?
Oh yes, I had a Mcdonalds toffee ice cream earlier too....(very calorific)

Well it will for a couple of days,when I'm on holiday I eat like a horse,must be the sea air!
Reply:bowl of old-fashioned oats with brown sugar and fat free milk, a Fiver-Once chewy bar (delicious and 9 g dietary fiber), some smokehouse almonds and oh yeah, so you don't think I'm a health freak; a bag of skittles.
Starving is NOT the proper way to lose weight.

Reply:do you mean bona fide? oh well i ate like crazy today. i always do. for lunch i had part of a peanut butter sandwich, pretzels and oatmeal cookies. when i got home i had snickers ice cream and chips with melted cheese on them. for dinner i had ham with homemade mac and cheese. the only drink i drank was water cause thats all i drink.

Reply:well i have not eaten anything this morning as yet but will have a slice of toast or a fruit smoothie about 9ish.....i lost my weight after becoming vegetarian...you need to eat to loose weight and keep it off,well done on the weight you have lost.

I think you're naughty with what you eat, or don't eat!
You should have some cereal for breakfast with some real milk(not skim!), ... and you should eat some fruit during the day. Apples are the best.
Minimise what you eat, don't starve yourself.
Take note of basmusiq and sab.

Reply:I'm sure you'll hear this a lot but that's not a healthy way to lose weight and you will suffer from it terribly if you already aren't. You are literally killing yourself from the inside out.
I've had oatmeal with bran bits, wild rice with cherry tomatoes, white beans, and artichoke hearts, water. I'm about to eat a pluot and peach or nectarine.

Toasted Pita bread stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, red onion, and a drizzle of Ranch Dressing
1 home made Oatmeal cookie
12 Cashews
For dinner I'm planning to prepare a salad and Pasta Primavera ( Angel Hair, with a fresh tomato sauce, broccoli, red peppers, mushrooms, black olives,onions, garlic).
Dessert will be fresh Strawberries drizzled with chocolate syrup.
Snacks-
I've had sugar-free Eclipse mints (about 7 of them today.) And 5 Haribo Happy Cola Gummi Bottles
As for you... You might be losing weight now. But that's not the way to do it if you want to keep it off. Plus you're setting yourself up for health problems later on in life.
Reply:I had a crispy bacon and cheese toasted sandwich with cheery tomatoes and spring onion and a bit of mustard for breakfast,
then for lunch I had a shop bought "All Day Breakfast" sandwich,
for dinner I had 2 Chicken Breasts on a spinach salad, with some cheese, crispy bacon, radish, cheery tomatoes, grapes and some mayo, then I went to the cinema and had some sweet popcorn and a small packet of jelly sweets.

Dont worry if it helps you then you do things your way, but you must aleast have a nutritional drink hun, just to keep your strength up

Reply:That diet does not work later on in life - as you are doing your metabolism in. I know as I have eaten rubbish for years and can do the go without food bit, but as soon as you start eating again, you will gain. Your body gets used to eating little.
Anyway today I have had 4 slices of toast n marmite, and a huge chicken caesar salad, plus 5 cups of milky tea. (plus 4 glasses of red wine, my vice - shssshh!)
Reply:Toast %26amp; coffee (in bed). Tuna %26amp; mayonaise sandwich. Ham %26amp; pineapple pizza with garlic sauce. Water and a red bull about an hour ago. Its nearly mid-night now and Im gonna have a Double Decker chocolate bar.

Anyways,here's what I've had to eat...I know I eat a lot but that's how I stay healthy.It keeps my metabolism going.
Breakfast:Granola Bar,fruit snacks,pear,water
Snack:small bag of baked chips,vitamin water
Lunch:Chicken Sandwhich,water
Snack:Tangerine Frapuccino from Starbucks,Iced water,Frosted Flakes with Non fat milk
Reply:Salad and some fresh salmon with herbs.... a very healthy eater.
