I'm a 16 year old female, 102lbs, 5'4ish.

4 scrambled eggs[whites %26amp; yellow]

about a cup of steamed broccoli,

a pear,

and

Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast drink.

yep.. that's a healthy breakfast. As long as that's not your total intake for the day, you're in good shape.

you should get Carbohydrates from

whole grain bread, oat meal, are better choice.
Reply:Depends on how much you expect to burn off, thats certainly a big breakfast but if you are intending to do some serious excercise then maybe its okay. You should probably look to have 2 eggs at the most.
