I want to gain weight in my arms, legs, and buttocks area. how can i do this in a healthy way? do carnation and ensure shakes work?
im in a size 5, and i want to be in a comfortable 7'8. i had a baby 10 mos ago and i was in size 10! that was too big, but i liked my size in a 7'8..however, i couldnt hold the weight. someone please help.

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates.
Reply:well you can start eating some junk food but not much .trust me you dont want to be fat.Eat good.Dnt skip meals.
Eat protein bars .the more muscle you get the more weight you'll get.dont worry its bettere to have muscle than fat
Reply:milkshakes! there are lots of boyd building supplements that are supposed to help you bulk up if you're willing, but those might not be the best thing for you. i think things like milkshakes are good.. lots of calories but not processed
Reply:well you can go to GNC stores and get whey protein shake mix, its chocolate.
mix it with milk and it is almost 1000 calories for that one glass. drink one glass twice a day.
maybe before and after school.
and also your regular 2000 calories that your supposed too and that will be 4000 calories, and you HAVE to gain weight if you consume that much !
