im doing a science project w/ flowers and it has to do w/ vascular tissues
..but are roses and carnations both vascular plants???

yes, all flowering plants are vascular plants. The only plan ts that are not vascular are mosses and algaes.Ferns and conifers are vascular. It has to do with the way the plant transports water through its tissues.
