How is my diet today?

Eating these about 2 hours apart ... dont know what dinner will be.. something small.



Carnation Instant Breakfast



Oatmeal



Banana



Healthy Choice meal that has a serving of veggies in it (210 calories)

hope you are getting some protein in there
Reply:pretty good.. just make sure you eat eating at least 1200 calories a day.

Reply:Sounds good to me. All healthy choices, 2 fruits, you got a grain, veggies, and isn't carnation instant breakfast filled with protien, if not maybe you could add some lean chicken or fish into you dinner with a salad. Barbeque chicken salad is soo good and healthy!! Good Job!!
Reply:Very good. Make sure you have a little snack int he later afternoon and then a dinner with lean protein and veggies.
