I am 255lbs and almost 16 wat should i do?

I am staying the same.

I dont know why I eat breakfast usually sometimes like carnation instanst breakfast with soymilk or sometimes total cereal cranberry crunch or just fruit.

For lunch i eat salad with blue cheese dressing and for dinner usually i have a good dinner. I take walks after dinner and walk my dog when i come home.

I drink alot of water and sometimes diet soda.

What should i do to lose this weight atleast over 20+ pounds

I am 255lbs and almost 16 wat should i do?
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.



Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.



U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.



This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight.
Reply:exercise more. If your diet is as you say and your weight is still at 225, unless you are 7' tall then you may have a medical issue. Cut out the diet sodas all together, it good that you eat breakfast, it should be your heaviest meal, then a lighter lunch and dinner should be your lightest meal. Eat some protein for breakfast. Try an egg white omelette with spinach tomatoes and cheese. You should have some protein for lunch too. How about some grilled chicken in your salad. Watch the dressing, some contain up to 11g of fat per tbsp. Try to do a few minutes of running at the end of your walking, even if you can only run for 1 minute thats a start and you can work up from there. You should not lose more than 2-3 pounds a week. The first few weeks of a diet you can expect to lose more though, for your weight i would say 6-8 lbs depending on how tall you are. Stay motivated, You will get out of it what you put in.
Reply:dont walk, RUN. no soda, diet soda is just as bad as normal. keep it only water. ZERO snacks. 3 square meals. Skipping out on even 1 meal will make u retain weight. Workout whenever possible. dressing could hav alot of fat. milk keeps a healthy layer of fat over your skin. doesnt sound like your having enough belive it or not. just hav 3 square meals, zero junk. and work out. dont give up or give in. with those simple things, anyone could lose weight. you just need the will. good luck and i hope i helped.
Reply:You need to walk more with hand weights. Or without your dog walk for 4 minutes jog for 1 minute. and each time try to jog a little more. Ride a bike, get an exercise tape, dumbells, etc.



Also, keep a food journal for 1 week write everything down that you eat and drink-sometimes we think we eat right but when we are holding ourselves accountable by writing everything down we might notice that we don't always eat the best.

Reply:Everyone knows that a healthy diet and regular exercise are the big answers to losing weight and staying at a healthy weight. We don't need a lot of new research looking into the causes of obesity. It isn't just fast food, or larger portion sizes, or increased inactivity, that are causing more teens to be over weight. I hope you get what u want and u might want to think about consulting a nutritionist.
Reply:cut out all fats, sugars and un-whole wheat breads.

everything your eating should have less than 200 calores each.

RUN. don't walk.

you need to be sweating.

run a mile every day.

at first it will be hard, but you GOTTA do it.

you need very strict discipline, NO DRESSING.

just splash some vinegar on your salad, dressing is VERY high in fat.
Reply:alright well you need to stay active and start out the day with 15, 20 minuets on a treadmill or excersize bike it worked for me and now i am in great shape and eat fruit or have some protein like steak and eggs.
