Can storing a tin of opened carnation milk in the refrigerator cause lead poisoning??

Uh, no. There is no lead in cans of Carnation milk, and you don't have lead in your refrigerator (otherwise EVERYONE would be getting lead poisoning), so no worries.

Cans aren't made out of lead, therefore, no, it cannot cause lead poisoning. It may ruin the flavor of the milk, but thats it.
