How to make the best pizza ever ?? and what r the ingredients ?
My son loves this. You can adjust the vegetables to your taste by adding, substituting, or omitting.

Hamburger pizza

1 lb hamburger

1 box of pizza (flour mix for dough, pizza sauce and Parmesan)

1 pkg of Mozarella cheese

diced onion

diced green pepper

1 pkg pepperoni

fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 small jar of mushrooms

garlic powder and Italian seasoning

Prepare pizza dough according to directions. While it's rising, brown and drain hamburger. In another pan or in the microwave, cook the onion, mushrooms, and green peppers until soft. Add the veggie combo to the hamburger as well as the seasonings (to suit your personal taste.) Simmer for 5 minutes. Spread the pizza dough on the bottom of a casserole dish. Alternate layers of the following: meat, Mozarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. End the layers with the pizza sauce and a sprinkling of Parmesan. Bake at 425 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
Reply:buy a loaf of french bread and put sauce and cheese on it. broil it in the oven for about 5 minutes

Chicago Style Italian Sausage and Pepper Deep Dish Pizza

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cups thinly sliced yellow onions

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

4 cups thinly sliced green bell peppers

1 pound Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Basic Pizza Dough (you can buy it or make it, recipe follows)

12 ounces grated mozzarella cheese

2 cups tomato sauce

2 tablespoons dried oregano

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large saute pan, over medium heat, add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to saute for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside. In a large saute pan, over medium heat, add the sausage and render for 4 to 6 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Divide the dough in half and roll into a 14-inch circle, about 1/2-inch thick. Press the dough into 2 greased 12-inch deep-dish pizza pans. Sprinkle each pizza with 6 ounces of the grated cheese. Spoon 1/2 of the onion and pepper mixture over each pizza. Sprinkle 1/2 of the sausage over the onion mixture on each pizza. Spread 1 cup of the tomato sauce over the top of each pizza. Sprinkle each pizza with 1 tablespoon of oregano. Bake the pizzas for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the pizza from the oven and cut into individual servings.

**For the Dough, if you want to make it yourself:

1 package of active yeast

2 teaspoons sugar

1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)

1/4 cup lard

3 to 4 cups flour

2 teaspoons salt

Olive oil

In an electric mixing bowl, whisk the yeast, sugar, water and lard together to make a paste. Add the flour and salt and mix, using a dough hook, until the dough comes away from the sides and crawls up the dough hook. Remove the dough from the bowl. Grease the bowl with olive oil and place the dough back in the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until double in size, about an hour. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide dough in half. Roll the dough into balls, cover and let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes. The dough is ready to be shaped.
Reply:My own creation so you can call it what you like. I called it Grilled Chicken and Spinach Pizza when I put it on the menu at the country club where I worked once upon a time (I was the chef).

Grill, broil, bake or otherwise cook about 12 - 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast for a medium pizza. Cool while preparing rest of pizza. Slice into julienne strips or dice, your preference.

One pizza dough of your preference. (Most pizza places will sell you one of their dough balls for a couple of bucks. Get the size you prefer. Since it's just two of us, I use a medium. You can also use one of the ready made, supermarket varieties, or a boxed, just-add-water brand.)

-Roll out dough and brush with olive oil.

-Top with 8-10 oz bag of fresh spinach leaves, chopped

-2 ounces of chopped fresh basil (2 tsp dried basil leaves will work but aren't nearly as tasty!)

-3 nice slices of red onion, separated into rings. Spread rings on top of spinach/basil

-Place sliced/diced/torn/whatever chicken on top of red onion rings

-Salt and pepper to taste

-Top pizza with as much Mozzarella cheese as you like, at least 8 oz. or use a pizza blend of cheese from the grocery store.

Ovens differ greatly but...bake at 425 degrees for about 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned, adn bottom is golden and slightly crispy. Using a pizza/baking stone is wonderful but a regular sheet pan will work. Sprinkle with a little cornmeal to prevent sticking. (Spinach and basil leaves will "fall" considerably, so don't be surprised when they do.)

OPTION: Add some fresh tomato slices before the onion rings go on. Yum! But my wife doesn't like tomatoes : (

Note: If crust is done before cheese is, place under broiler to finish the cheese without burning the crust.
Reply:I usually use a purchased crust.

Then I buy Don Pepino's Pizza Sauce at the grocery store. That's my favorite brand.

Spread the sauce on the crust.

Add grated REAL WHOLE MILK mozzarella cheese.

Add toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, whatever.

Now here are two important additions: oregano and olive oil. Sprinkle both over everything.

Cook in a VERY hot oven (450) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
Reply:my favorite pizza right now is using trader joes pizza dough in the veggie department. marinara sauce, pancetta, fontina cheese, smoked mozzarella and mushrooms. I bake it for about 15 minutes at whatever temp the pizza dough says. 450 I think.

Yummy!
