You should be able to find it in the same section as powdered milk. Or check the baking aisle.
Where can I buy malt? Carnation used tomake it. For milkshakes..?

Reply:They still make it. I find it at Super Walmart in the hot chocolate, coffee, tea section. Powdered regular or chocolate!
Reply:They sell it at most stores and supermarkets but Ovaltine makes it also.
