A floral vase with nippon and a carnation type flower on bottom, what's it worth?

"nippon"...i would take it to an antique dealer and see what he or she has to say. "nippon" used to be "japan".

i just saw some nippon vases at this site that are anywhere from $125.00-$400.00

My guess is 30 cents.
Reply:chrysanthemums are a more likely japanese motif!!!!makers marks????was it made "overseas"??? or merely in a "psuedo=nipponese" style????check "covell's" ceramics guides for examples and makers marks!!they also give values!!
