Well my mattress has several different types of flowers on them roses being the main flower and I believe they do this to catch the female eye. The prettier the mattress the higher the item sales will be. That way when it is wash day and your bed has no sheets on them it is still pretty to look at. This is just my opinion.
Why do they print carnations on mattresses?
Conspiracy. I think. Maybe its to make them look pretty? I will go with answer 2!!! No reason, I am sure.
I think it is so that we will purchase a "prettier" mattress instead of a plain one, I know that I would sleep much better on a mattress covered in flowers than on one plain... LOL. Just kidding.
