My cat ate some of my valentines carnations, now she is gagging up mucus, is this caused from the plant?

Carnations are not poisonous to cats, but her stomach probably isn't agreeing with it. She will be fine.

If not, give her lots of water and hope that the plant wasn't poisonous.



Other things that are poisonous to cats: onions, garlic, and chocolate.
